What to do next?
1. Register your interest
Simply complete a ‘registration of interest’ form within the Dencap brochure or
call 01482 50 10 10 and speak to one of our Dencap advisors who will help you through the first stage.

2. Sign Up and Oral Examination
After we have received your Registration of Interest Form we will contact you to arrange for you to come to 543 Dental Centre to be taken through the Agreement process. We will then schedule an oral examination to make sure you and your family are ‘orally fit’ to join your chosen Scheme.
3. Smile. You're Protected
Once an agreement has been completed you will receive a unique Welcome Pack which includes your registration number, personalised card and an Acknowledgement / Welcome Letter stating your date of entry into the Scheme and payment details.

How will I be recognised as a member of Dencap?
Once an agreement has been completed you will receive a unique Welcome Pack which includes your registration number and an Acknowledgement / Welcome Letter stating your date of entry into the Scheme, confirmation of which Scheme you have joined, the date that payment will be debited from your bank/building society account together with the amount and the intervals at which they will be made.
